Fylde Bird Club Hide at Marton Mere
The hide has been closed until further notice by Blackpool Council owing to concerns over cracks in the walls. See HERE for further details about the closure and Marton Mere.
2022 Fylde Bird Report
The 2022 Fylde Bird Report has been published and is available free of charge to all members.
Copies can be collected from the next Bird Club meeting at Fylde Cricket Club on the 27th February.
Those not collected in person will be hand delivered or posted out. In order to minimise the significant cost of postage the Committee are appealing for volunteers to help with hand deliveries.
We have over 230 envelopes to deliver and postage is over £2 each.
If anyone is willing to deliver some copies, they can be collected at the Bird Club meeting on 27th February or we can arrange a meeting point sooner. All members’ copies are already in envelopes with address labels. Please contact the Committee at fyldebirdclub@gmail.com if you can help.

New Fylde Bird Club Website
Welcome to Fylde Bird Club’s new website incorporating our new Sightings Recording system.
This website is under development and not all the content from the old site will be available at first but over time it will be populated.
An important improvement to the Sightings recordings system, is that all users will be able to view and edit their own records after submitting them.
Existing users have been migrated across but should receive a password reset link.
New contributors will need to register before entering sightings, follow this link Registration
The Bird Club’s Committee can still be contacted by email at fyldebirdclub@gmail.com if any questions arise.
