Membership fees are £14 per year for adults, £10 seniors and £22 family, with juniors under 18 joining for free. Membership includes a copy of the annual Fylde Bird Report, regular Newsletters and help with access to a local WhatsApp group for rare and scarce bird information.
Information on Recent Bird Sightings in the Fylde and Where To Watch birds in the Fylde is freely available. If you would like to know more about the Fylde Bird Club, contact the Secretary or attend one of our meetings before deciding on joining; new members are always welcome.
There are several ways for new members to join the Fylde Bird Club:

Subscriptions run from January to December each year
Adult membership for the twelve month period 1st January through to the 31st December.
Senior Membership for the period 1st January through to 31st December.
Renewal of a Family Membership for all family members at a single address. From 1st January through to 31st December.
Junior Membership (under 18 years) is FREE if accompanied by a full Adult or Family membership. Please contact the Treasurer (Kinta Beaver) at fyldebirdclub@gmail.com and let us know the name and contact details for the junior member as well as the name of the adult member. Junior members may attend Club meetings but must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Adult non-members are welcome at meetings for a visitor fee of £3 per meeting.
New members will receive a pack consisting of:
- Letter of welcome to Fylde Bird Club
- Gift Aid form
- Membership card
- The most recent Newsletter (nb. we only provide digital copies of the newsletter)
- The most recent Annual Bird Report
- The Birds of Marton Mere (2nd Edition)
